Our estimating department develops cost for projects by reviewing the scope of work and any physical or electronic drawings.

They are dedicated to estimating a project from initiation to project completion, and work closely with customers, architects, and engineers to provide input on project design. Estimators remain involved with ongoing projects by working closely with the project management team.

Monthly and Individual Maintenance Contracts

Troon Electric offers monthly in-house and individual maintenance contracts for spaces of all sizes at a reduced cost.

We currently provide DBM maintenance to many buildings managed by the leading real estate and management companies in the New York City metro area.

Professional Project Management

Knowledgeable project managers are responsible for every aspect of a project until completion.

Supervisors identify the appropriate resources needed to accomplish the job, including solving problems and implementing solutions. Project managers meet with clients to ensure that goals are met with a high level of customer satisfaction, by addressing any questions, or potential change orders.
